r/KaylaItsines: For the discussion of Kayla Itsines' BBG fitness program. I'm in week 4 of the pre-training and yes, the abs+arms workout for week 3+4 is hard. In week 3 i could barely do the commandos and yesterday (in week 4) it was a lot better (but still hard).
